The Nitrox Factory systems consist of a range of matched Low Pressure Rotary Screw and High Pressure air compressors that produce Nitrox using our unique Nuvair Membrane System.
The Nitrox Factory is easy to operate, reliable and the most efficient way to produce Nitrox. The system uses replaceable filter elements and our membrane has a limited lifetime warranty.
The filling station utilizes two completely independent compressors for reliability and versatitlity. When using the LP280 with the Nuvair 18, you can pump 18 cfm at
32% using both compressors, or up to 40% at 9 cfm using one compressor. Operation is fully automatic and up to four cylingers can be filled simultaneously as well as storage banks.
The container is lined with a sound reduction material which limits noise. The internal air conveyors ensure excellent cooling.
