Pro CO2 Alarm Analyzer w/ Relay in Waterproof Box

$1,399.00

This version of the Nuvair Pro CO2 alarm analyzer comes mounted in a weatherproof box. Two audible and visual alarms for low and high carbon dioxide content can be set by the user. The included SPDT relay cable (10A @ 230VAC/30VDC ampacity) can connect to auxiliary equipment to trigger external alarms, emergency backup systems, or compressor shutdown. Verify stored gas cylinder contents, monitor an enclosed space or connect to a compressor for continuous analysis.

The Nuvair Pro CO2 alarm analyzer with relay in waterproof box measures carbon dioxide levels in all breathing gas mixes and is designed to verify CO2 concentration in stored gas cylinders, monitor an enclosed space, or analyze continuous flow gas from a compressor. Mounted in a weatherproof box, the analyzer is moisture and impact resistant and is compatible with outdoor and marine environments. This unit is equipped with a loud piezo alarm, an alarm light, and an SPDT relay (10A @ 230VAC/30 VDC) to control compressors or other accessories.

Two audible and visual alarms for low and high carbon dioxide content can be set by the user. If the alarm sounds, the analog output can activate an optional relay that shuts down compressors automatically, sounds remote alarms, or activates emergency backup systems.

Calibration must be confirmed with a calibration CO2 test gas.

WARNING: Never expose gas sensors to pressure or you may cause damage and/or false readings. Damaged sensors will not provide accurate gas analysis. Most gas analyzers can be used to analyze a regulated gas sample flow, the contents of a gas cylinder, or the flow from a regulator. The flow rate of gas must equal 1-5 L/min. To produce this flow, a Flow Restrictor and Regulator may be required. A faulty Flow Restrictor can lead to a false analyzer reading. Flow Restrictors should be regularly tested with a Flow Meter. Inaccurate gas analysis can lead to serious personal injury or death.
