At Nuvair, we custom fabricate breathing air hose and hose ends. We cut the length of our 1/2" 1000 psi (69 bar) working pressure breathing air hose to your specification and install hose ends that you select. The cost of installing hose ends is included in the purchase price. The 80063-33HB hose is designed for breathing air applications.
80063-33HB is a 1/2" black neoprene hose with a black nitrile inner lining. It is reinforced with a braided, high-tensile synthetic textile cord. Rated for -40°F to 212°F (-40°C to 100°C) with a working pressure of 1000 psi (69 bar).
How to Order Your Custom Hose & Installed Hose Ends
- Click the black CUSTOMIZE AND ADD TO CART button above.
- Select the length of your 80063-33HB hose. Enter the length (in feet) in the "Qty" (quantity) window. For instance, if you need a 10-foot-long hose, enter "10" in the "Qty" box. Metric conversion: 1 foot = 30.48 cm.
- Select the first hose end in the "Hose End #1" dropdown box. Only one hose end can be selected. You can also choose to have no hose end installed.
- Select the second hose end in the "Hose End #2" dropdown box. Only one hose end can be selected. You can also choose to have no hose end installed.
- Click "Add to Cart" Button. The total price will display in the Shopping Cart.
- If the hose order needs to be edited, click "Edit" (pencil) icon in the Shopping Cart.
- You can order multiple quantities of the same hose length and hose ends or revisit this page to order a new hose length/hose end combination.
Hose Specifications
80063 is a low-pressure hose that meets Mil-H-2815G Section 3.12.2 off-gassing for breathing applications such as supplied air respirators.
