Coltri CNG Booster VII
The CNG Booster VII compresses natural gas and biomethane to 3626 psi (250 bar). Gas must be pre-treated and filtered before entering the booster. Four compression stages and a low operating RPM make this unit well suited for professional, continuous-duty applications.
Flow rate ranges from 11.7 to 26.5 cfm (330 to 750 L/min), giving you flexibility across a wide range of throughput requirements. A remote control panel with a 16.4 ft (5 m) cable keeps the operator at a safe distance during operation. The included Hyperfilter system uses two molecular sieve cartridges to maintain gas quality at the outlet.

Electric Motor
One of the key parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. A three-phase electric motor from 12 to 14 hp (9–11 kW) is available on this model.
Hyperfilter Purification System
Placed after the last compressor separator and before the pressure maintenance valve, the purification system Hyperfilter enables reliable treatment of the breathing air, according to DIN EN 120211 when using original filter cartridges. The separator present between the 2nd and 3rd stages of the purification circuit makes it possible to extract as much moisture as possible. The filtering capacity with inlet air at (68°F) 20°C and (2900 psi (200 bar) is 107,710 ft³ (3050 m³).

Electric Cabinet/Control Panel Functions
Open frame made for easy maintenance and transportability. Tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension. Protective casing made of thermo-formed material channels cooling air over the cylinders and inter-stage pipes, ensuring high compression efficiency.
Control console equipped with inter-stage pressure gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence and wrong phase sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, and run stop and manual condensate drain controls allow easy compressor operation and maintenance. Made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in RAL 9005 black.
