MCH36 Diesel LP/HP Nitrox Generator System
The MCH36 low pressure/high pressure (LP/HP) turnkey nitrox generator system is powered by a 49.8 HP Kubota D1803 Tier 4 water-cooled diesel engine that drives an MCH36 high-pressure compressor and a low-pressure EK76 rotary screw compressor. The system generated 19 CFM of EANx40 (40% oxygen). Filtration includes two 35" high pressure filters (60,000 cu ft) and a three-stage low pressure filtration system.
Using a semi-permeable membrane, the MCH36 Diesel LP/HP Nitrox Generator System generates 22–40% nitrox without the hazards or expense of partial-pressure blending with stored high-pressure oxygen (O2). The membrane separates a portion of nitrogen from ambient air, leaving an enriched air nitrox mixture.
