Pro CO2 Alarm Analyzer Panel Mount

$1,182.00

Designed for installation on a control panel or other flat surface, the Nuvair Pro CO2 panel mount alarm analyzer measures carbon dioxide (CO2) levels in breathing gas mixtures, in air, or it can be connected in-line on your high- or low-pressure compressor for continuous monitoring of CO2 contamination. Comes equipped with a 50 ppm sensor and two (2) customizable audible/visual alarms for low and high set points. Three (3) power and two (2) module options available. Optional 5000 ppm sensor with rechargeable battery also available.

The Nuvair Pro CO2 panel mount alarm analyzers comes in three power options, two module options, and two sensor options. The CO2 sensor is auto-calibrating and provides a temperature-compensated, linear CO2 measurement over sensing range.

Two audible and visual alarms for low and high carbon dioxide content can be set by the user. If the alarm sounds, the analog output can activate an optional relay that shuts down compressors automatically, sounds remote alarms, or activates emergency backup systems.

WARNING: Never expose gas sensors to pressure or you may cause damage and/or false readings. Damaged sensors will not provide accurate gas analysis. Most gas analyzers can be used to analyze a regulated gas sample flow, the contents of a gas cylinder, or the flow from a regulator. The flow rate of gas must equal 1-5 L/min. To produce this flow, a Flow Restrictor and Regulator may be required. A faulty Flow Restrictor can lead to a false analyzer reading. Flow Restrictors should be regularly tested with a Flow Meter. Inaccurate gas analysis can lead to serious personal injury or death.

Available Options

Three power options are available for this analyzer: 110/220V wall plug-in, DIN rail, and lithium battery. For wall plug-in and DIN rail powered analyzers, two optional modules can be built into your analyzer: FAILSAFE and SMART START.

Adding the FAILSAFE Module to your Nuvair Pro Alarm analyzer will automatically disable integrated power equipment if: (a) Analyzer power is interrupted, or (b) Analyzer goes into alarm. Adding a SMART START Module to your Nuvair Pro Alarm Analyzer will automatically power-up the analyzer in tandem with integrated power equipment, like a compressor.

Choose one of three available power options and two available module upgrades by using the Power, Module & Sensor Options dropdown menu (above).
