Auto Drains

Automate your compressor condensate draining process with auto drains. Eliminate the need for an operator to manually drain the compressor every 10 to 15 minutes. Improper condensate draining practices may lead to diminished filter life, increased operating temperature, and compressor damage. Available in single-, double-, triple- and quad-stage versions for compressors with one to four coalescing towers.

Fill Blocks · Manifolds

A "Fill Block" is a custom-made air distribution manifold that takes a single source of compressed gas and distributes it to two or more points, such as regulators, gauges, fill whips, and hoses. Nuvair also sells standalone Manifolds (made of aluminum, steel or stainless steel), which is a distribution chamber that branches a gas supply through several openings. Our Fill Blocks are assembled with steel or stainless steel fittings. Fill Blocks are configured to order at our California production facility.

Used to control and transfer compressed gas between identical and dissimilar containers and valve types, fill whips and adapters come in a variety of configurations and fittings.

Gauges & Meters

Liquid-filled, gas-filled, and digitial pressure gauges from –30 inHg (–100 kPa) to 10,000 psi (689 bar), dial-a-pressure auto-stop/auto-restart gauges, flow meters, temperature gauges, gauges ready for oxygen service ("oxygen clean"), and tachometer/hour meters for gas and diesel engines, Nuvair carries a wide range of gauges and meters for your compressed gas needs.

Hoses

Nuvair stocks a variety of compressed gas hoses including, low- and high-pressure, microbore, corrugated intake, whips, and pour-over tank hoses. We can fabricate hoses and fittings to your exact specifications. Order custom hose and hose ends online; we will cut and connect hose to hose ends of your choosing at no additional charge. Please contact the Nuvair sales team with your hose requirements if you cannot locate materials necessary for your application.

Oil & Lubricants

Compressors require special oils depending on their intended use and design. For instance, a low-pressure breathing air system will require different oil than a high-pressure industrial air system. Nuvair has you covered. We stock oils and lubricants for all the compressors we sell.

WARNING: Never use motor oil in a compressor.

Oxygen Service Ready Parts

From hose to gauges to fittings and testing equipment, parts and accessories listed here are cleaned and ready for oxygen service. An industry standard, "cleaned for oxygen service" (also known as "oxygen clean") parts and accessories are required when interacting with gas mixes in excess of 40% oxygen.

Remote Air Intakes

When the air surrounding a compressor is unsuitable for the intended use, a Remote Air Intake is required. Designed for use with compressors manufactured and sold by Nuvair, Remote Air Intakes draw fresh air away from a compressor’s location. A remote source of fresh air is critical when using engine-powered compressors due to carbon monoxide (CO) in gas and diesel engine exhaust fumes. Standard hose length: 15 feet (4.5 m). Quick disconnect fittings come as standard equipment.

Shutdown Switches

Often overlooked on our entry level compressors are the various shutdown options available, such as Dial-a-Pressure, high temperature and low oil level. Our most popular option is Dial-a-Pressure that shuts down the compressor at a given set pressure. This type of pressure switch prevents the compressor from running at the maximum pressure for extended period because the operator is not available to turn off the compressor when the tank is full. The basic pressure switch is set by us at the factory and designed to be left at the factory setting. We make an adjustable pressure switch standard on our more feature-rich compressor packages.

Air/Gas Test Kits

Does the compressed gas produced by your system meet national/international standards like CGA, CSA, IANTD, ISO, NFPA or NOAA? If you don’t know that answer, we can help. Nuvair provides the gas sampling kit with a fully refundable deposit. Specimen sampling trapping is easy. Conduct one-time or quarterly testing as part of a regularly scheduled gas testing program. Everything needed for a air/gas test is provided in the test kit.
