This OEM equivalent Coltri Filter Tower Wrench (replacement for 13-00-0990) makes changing high pressure filter elements easier. The wrench (labeled "a" in the diagram) fits over filter plug screw heads (b). After venting all compressed air inside the circuit, rotate the filter plug (c) counterclockwise to access the filter element.
